Annual Membership Fee – $15
This is for everyone and includes those who come from Family Guidance Center, DHR, Therapeutic Foster Care, or some other governmental source or organization.
Afterschool Program Fees
Weekly fee including bus pickup using Wiregrass Transit Authority is $50. This applies to any child who is enrolled in our program as a member and who attends on a regular basis. Fees are weekly and are NOT charged by the day.
School Intercession
Fee per week is $75. This fee applies to the fall, Christmas, and Spring Break intercessions as set out by the Dothan City School Calendar, and as listed on the closure schedule of the center.
Summer Program Fees
Weekly fee excluding field trips and snacks is $75. This applies to any child who is enrolled in our program as a member and who will be attending on a regular basis. Fees are weekly and are NOT charged by the day.
Per Day Fee for Drop Ins and Visiting Members of the Family
The per day fee for drop-ins and visiting family members is $10. This applies to friends of the member who may attend a special event at the center, daughters visiting the other parent or relative for a short vacation, or guests who are experiencing the center for a trial visit. Girls are ONLY considered “visitors” for no more than 2 days total – after this time frame, they are required to pay a membership fee, weekly fees and purchase a t-shirt. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we can accept drop-ins, and they must first be approved by the Executive Director.
Special Discounts for Multiple Family Members
Girls from the same household receive a special weekly rate as follows:

Please note: Girls Incorporated of Dothan does not refund any fees, membership dues or field trips. If you pay for your daughter to attend a field trip, and she does not go on the trip you WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND for that trip. We must reserve seats for our field trips in advance, and her seat was held and paid for regardless if she attended. Field trip fees also CANNOT be transferred to another trip.
